Super friendly environment, smooth process going through my driver’s test and receiving my license, the monitors and announcements are very clearly depicted as well. Phyllis sat with me through the test and was very well spoken and polite.

Less busy as compared to Frederick and Gaithersburg. Very neat and descent. Covid protocols in place, and don't forget it's strictly check-ins by appointment. There are kiosks available as well.

I moved to Washington Co. from MoCo 3 years ago. Needed to return tags from a truck I sold for a refund. Ecpecting the worst. I could not have been more surprised. Clean, efficient, and competent. Nice experience!

I went in on the 27th to pick up my tags the kiosk told me to go to the counter to pick him up which they had no idea what their machine was telling me so I then waited over 30 minutes for supervisor when there were no more than five people in the whole DMV which they told me I didn't pay for them even though I had the receipt as an email on Tuesday I called the DMV who verified they received my payment on the 27th I asked if my tags were being mailed they said no go back to the kiosk and the kiosk will kick it out I go to the kiosk the kiosk doesn't want to kick them out because they say it was issued my time wasted and I believe it or not empty MVA on two occasions

I just took my drivers skills test at Hagerstown!! They are all friendly people. The lady, named Mary, was great and she makes me feel comfortable during the test. She is amazing.

Literally the rudest tester ever!! That mva should be known as the rudest mva there in the state of Maryland. The people there act like they hate their jobs and the people they need to help. They show hostile behavior to the people.Here’s a tip if you hate your job some much FIND A NEW ONE. And I’m not being dramatic the woman who did my sons test parked my car after he failed, then walked away knowing I was there completely ignoring me.
